A guide to supporting stressed and anxious students especially during exam season
Exam week has begun for Year 12 students today. Over the coming weeks, Year 13 students will begin to prepare for their exams in earnest. We have focused on Mental Health in their tutor times and assemblies, looking at how to support those in need and what the signs are to look out for regarding stress and anxiety.
