Science Progress Tests - Year 10
Year 10 Students will have important Progress Tests for all three Science subjects on the week beginning 30th September.
I am writing this letter to inform you that your son/daughter will have important Progress Tests for all three Science subjects on the week beginning 30th September. They will need to be prepared to answer questions covering the entire taught content since the beginning of Year 9. They must ensure they have access to last year’s exercise books; they will either already have these or need to see their teacher to retrieve them. Please remember in addition to this that all pupils have access to both ‘collinsonline’ and ‘Doddle’, which I would strongly encourage them to utilise:

hese tests will be an important indication to the Science Department of progress and need to be attempted with maximum effort. The first external exams will not occur until at least the summer of 2014 making each of these progress tests essential in determining the suitability of your child’s GCSE pathway.
