Year 12 AS History students are invited on a trip to see The Book Thief on Wednesday 12th March
Year 12 AS students are studying Nazi Germany as part of their History AS Level. In order to develop their understanding of how Jewish people were treated during the Second World War, there was a trip to Westfield Vue to watch ‘The Book Thief’ on Wednesday 12th March.
Film can play a valuable role in terms of enrichment of this particular topic by providing a window into the every day life of people the students are studying.
