The Drama Department directs a number of plays during the year, with the highlight being the lower and upper school productions. Auditions take place for these full length scripted productions and students commit themselves to weekly rehearsals, culminating in a dress rehearsal before the successful performance to parents, teachers and students. Last year these productions were part of the National Theatre Connections Scheme which meant a professional theatre director worked with the students on the production offering feedback and guidance throughout the process. The play was so successful that it was also performed at the Rose Theatre, Kingston and was featured in the Ealing Gazette.
