About Our School
I am extremely proud to introduce you to The Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School.
Cardinal Wiseman was founded in 1959, to serve Ealing’s growing Roman Catholic population. In 2011 the School is established as one of London’s leading comprehensive schools. This follows three successive Ofsted and Westminster Diocese inspection reports that have judged Cardinal Wiseman as outstanding.
As a Roman Catholic community, prayer and liturgy are an everyday feature of school life. We are a community “in communion” and all activities focus on our motto “All things for Christ”.
Standards and expectations at Cardinal Wiseman are high for all students at all levels of ability. They are stretched, challenged and closely monitored. In 2011 82% of our students achieved five or more GCSE passes A*- C including English and Mathematics and 97% of students achieved five or more GCSE passes A*- C.
Both within and beyond the classroom, an important feature of learning at Cardinal Wiseman is the engagement of our students in enrichment activities. These range from sports clubs, music, drama and debating to an army cadets group. These extra curricular opportunities support the development of leadership, team building and social skills that will be invaluable to the students throughout their lives.
Our students are loved and challenged; our commitment to their personal and academic well being is unwavering.
We are sorry but no visitor parking is available due to ongoing building works.
