Parent / School Liaison

An important aspect of school life is parental involvement and support.

Parents are encouraged to visit the school not only on open evenings and other organised occasions, but also privately, by appointment, to discuss particular aspects of their childrens education. Both parents and students were instrumental in drawing up the Home/School Agreement.

Communication between parents and the school is furthered through regular circulars, the school organiser system, the monthly newsletter, school reports, consultation on careers guidance and the negotiated option system at the end of year 9.
