Celebrating the Harvest by Donating to the Ealing Food Bank.
As autumn finally comes into view we celebrate the Harvest period. This year the school and Year 7, in particular, have marked the occasion by collecting food that will be donated to the Ealing Food Bank. The Ealing Food Bank is a locally run charity that works to ensure that less fortunate members of our community have an opportunity to get much need food supplies for them and their families. To thank the students for their hard work and their excellent charitable efforts, Mrs Parks and her team in the Cafeteria continued in Harvest spirit by baking a Harvest Loaf that was then sliced and distributed amongst all of year 7. The students were then able to reap the rewards of their labours and learn a valuable lesson on the importance of caring for all our Brothers and Sisters in Christ.

O God, Source and Giver of all things, Who does manifest Thy infinite majesty, power and goodness in all the earth, we give You honour and glory.
For the sun and the rain, for the manifold fruits of our fields, for the increase of our herds and flocks, we thank You. For the enrichment of our souls with divine grace, we are grateful.
Lord of the harvest, graciously accept us and the fruits of our toil, in union with Christ, Your Son, as atonement for our sins, for the growth of Your Church, for peace and charity in our homes.
O God, giver and creator of all. We give thanks for all that we have received, graciously accept the efforts and fruits of our toil as we pray to you in union with Christ your Son. Bless us as we continue to work for the glory of you Kingdom.
