Short Film Finalists

National Cut Film finalists: Breath - on the dangers of smoking

Our Year 12 Media Studies BTEC students entered the National Cut films competition. The brief was to create a short film on the dangers of smoking. Our group of three girls in the Year 12 BTEC group have made the national final shortlist of 15 out of 445 entrants!
The final fifteen have been invited to the National Cut Films awards which will be held on the 1st July where the overall winner will be announced.
The film is already an award winner. On 22nd June, Breath won 'Best Directed Film' in Ealing beating off hefty competition from Primary schools through to adult education centres in Ealing.
